If you message us on Instagram or email us directly, we see what you send and your account details on that service.

Why we use it

We use this information to read your enquiry and reply to you. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us about our work. You can object at any time by emailing us.

Who sees it

• The founders of All Crafted Digital.
• Our website hosting provider, which runs the site and may process technical request data such as your IP address.

These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless we start working together. If we do, we keep what is needed for the working relationship.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics. If that changes, we will update this notice first.
